Ingredients:

  • 2½ Cups of Bisquick

  • 1lb of Ground Sausage 

  •    (I mix mild and hot 2:1)

  • 1lb of Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar

  •    (I prefer hoop cheese)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together well.

      (You can let stand for 30 minutes to reach

      room temperature to make mixture easier to

      handle)

  1. Kneed by hand

  2. Pinch off desired size and roll into balls. 

      (The balls will not spread, the size rolled will 

      be the baked size)

  1. Place onto baking sheets lined with parchment

  2. Bake at 325-350 until golden brown 

      (15-20 minutes)
