Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips

  • 3/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup of Salted Butter

  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl.

  3. Whisk until blended and set aside.

  4. In a separate bowl beats eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.

  5. Add in chocolate syrup and mix well.

  6. Sift flour and cocoa powder.

  7. Slowly incorporate until well mixed. (If using a hand mixer, use lowest setting.)

  8. Pour chocolate batter in ramekins to 3/4 full.

  9. Bake for 10 minutes. (Place ramekin on a baking pan for easy removal.)

  10. Make sure ramekin is cool and remove cake.
